Venture Legal

We invest
in justice. Scout. Structure. Execute. Collect.

KDA & Partners is not a law firm. Not a fund. We identify underexploited legal claims with high recovery potential, structure them into investable projects, and execute across jurisdictions. Venture capital logic applied to legal disputes.

Legal claims are
underpriced assets.

Across Europe, billions in legitimate legal claims go unrecovered every year. Not because they lack merit — but because the claimants lack resources, the lawyers lack incentive, and the system lacks imagination.

Traditional law firms bill hours regardless of outcome. Litigation funders cherry-pick cases. Nobody scouts for claims the way a VC scouts for startups.

KDA & Partners does. We actively identify legal claims where the law is clear, the damages are quantifiable, and the recovery potential justifies structuring a dedicated vehicle. Then we build it, fund it, and execute it.

This is Venture Legal — a category we created because the existing ones don't fit.

Principle 01

Claims are assets

A legal claim with quantifiable damages and clear legal basis is an investable asset — not a cost center. We treat it accordingly.

Principle 02

Scout, don't wait

We don't wait for clients to find us. We identify systemic legal failures, quantify the opportunity, and approach affected parties with a structured recovery plan.

Principle 03

Structure beats size

A Swiss SPV pursuing claims at the European Commission is more effective than a BigLaw team billing €800/hour to write memos. We optimize for outcome, not headcount.

Principle 04

Execute to collection

Filing is not winning. Winning is not collecting. We operate through the full lifecycle — from identifying the claim to enforcing the judgment and distributing proceeds.

MA in International Law from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). Qualified lawyer and insolvency practitioner. Built KDA & Partners after years of watching recoverable claims die — not because they lacked merit, but because no one had the structure or will to pursue them.

Combines legal expertise with an investor's eye for underpriced opportunity. Every case is evaluated like a deal: what's the legal basis, what's the recovery potential, what's the optimal structure, and can we execute to collection?

Track record: won cases in Swedish courts that local counsel called unwinnable. Filed the first EU state aid complaint in the data center energy tax sector. Built the first litigation pool in the space.
